I am going to have to try these. My melatonin just isn’t cutting it anymore and I NEED to get a good nights sleep.
I’m reading this after a very sleepless night. The storms woke me up and I never went back to sleep. I need the SleepTime Extra before I go to bed tonight.

All the teas I drink have to be caffeine free. Don’t need caffeine in my life. I have drank some of these teas and enjoy a cup before bedtime.
Those are great teas! I know for myself that they work well. Just be ready to go to sleep after drinking!

Now, these sound like some great teas! I have to admit I love a good cuppa and I am all for a good nights sleep as I don’t get them often. I sometimes drink chamomile but I’ll have to check out the others.

I love Chai tea, but I don’t normally drink other teas. My mom, however, is a big fan of the Sleepytime tea.

Hmm, I haven’t tried a recipe using tea as an ingredient. That’s interesting, although I’m not a tea person, but my husband is. He drinks tea everyday.
