Sunday, September 9th is the day.  Its come.  The new "Shops at Target" have arrived.  I was pretty excited about this because the last shops were really great!  The new four collections, or shops, are a range of women's clothing, mens clothing and housewares.  Kirna Zabete, The Curiosity Shoppe, Odin and Patch NYC have arrived.
