Give me an excuse to shop and I am all about it. With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, there are more and more companies who are showing their support for this amazing cause by enticing shoppers to buy-buy-buy on their site while they donate a percentage or a specific dollar amount to a foundation. It seems like a win-win to me.
THRILLED that dozens and dozens of companies are supporting this cause, aren’t you?
Some of my fave companies supporting Breast Cancer… xo
Ralph Lauren: Pink Pony is Ralph Lauren’s worldwide initiative in the fight against cancer. In the United States, 10 percent of the purchase price of Pink Pony products benefits the Pink Pony Fund of the Polo Ralph Lauren Foundation to support programs for screening, early diagnosis, treatment, research and patient navigation. Internationally, a network of local charities benefits from the sales of Pink Pony products.
Charles David: 20% of proceeds of this special iGoPink pump will be donated to the Breast Cancer Charities of America to help the fight against breast cancer.
Tory Burch: For the month of October, Tory Burch is proud to partner with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® — and they created this exclusive style to support the cause. Their signature Double Wrap Logo Stud Bracelet, in glossy pink patent leather with gold hardware, is equally chic worn alone or stacked with a watch and other bracelets.
Besides this fab bracelet, there are many other items that Tory Burch is selling for the cause.
Sorrelli: The Sparkle for Life collection. For every piece of Breast Cancer Awareness jewelry sold in October, Sorrelli will make a donation to the American Cancer Society. There are lots of gorg pieces from this Sparkle for Life collection…here are two of the ones that make me swoon!
Bobbi Brown: Loving this exclusive set in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Bobbi Brown will be donating $10 of the suggested retail price of this set during the month of October to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®.
Sonia Kashuk: a breast cancer survivor herself, fifteen percent of the purchase price of the Proudly Pink Brush Set at Target benefits the Breast Cancer Research Fund.
Essie: Buy the Essie breast cancer color collection and a portion of the proceeds from this collection will be donated to Living Beyond Breast Cancer.
Will you be shopping to support this cause? Wait… let me rephrase this: WHERE will you be shopping to support this cause? And remember that before you need a credit increase on your credit card from all of the shopping you will be doing, be sure to check Charity Navigator to make sure that your money is REALLY going towards a legit cause.
Ok, time to shop!
