In the last couple years I’ve collected a bunch of vegan or vegetarian cookbooks. I love experimenting with different recipes, especially when I can use more plant based foods in my diet.

Wow this looks delicious! I feel I’ve been doing a much better job this year and eating healthy. I definitely have my moments but I’ve felt much more energized overall and feeling better about my appearance.
