➰Chromotherapy is the New Black➰
ICYMI… chromotherapy, or color therapy, is a no-brainer way to balance your body’s energy wherever it is lacking. For example, would you want to sleep in a red painted room? Um… that’s a no. Obviously the color red increases your heartrate, so it’s a big no bueno for sleeping. That’s the idea of chromotherapy. Use the benefits of color for your health and wellness.
- Each color has frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms.
- An imbalance of any colors can manifest itself in physical and mental symptoms.
- Color therapy works on various energy points to help balance your body.
- Color and light have been utilized by healers for thousands of years.
- Roots stem in Indian medicine (Ayurveda), ancient Egyptian culture and traditional Chinese healing. Alternative medicine practitioners who use chromotherapy often relate the seven colors of the color spectrum to specific body areas.

I’ve never heard of this type of sauna before! I think I would go with the strong pink the first time. I want to try all the colors.
This is a totally new type of sauna that I have never heard of before now. Sounds like it would be wonderful to pamper myself and get healthy as well.
I am more than willing to go to any spa. I love to spoil myself but I rarely do it. This place looks like it is wonderful and I would totally do it if I could.
Oh wow, I’m intrigued by this now. I’ll have to see if there’s one like this around me. If there is, I will so go!
I am really interested in the color therapy. I have heard great things about it. I need a spa day right now. October beat me up.

I have never been into any sauna or spa here in the States. I used to do it when I was still in South Korea.
I have never heard of some of these options before. I know that spa treatments can really improve a winter mood though. Thank you for sharing!
Infrared treatment in the winter is soooo beneficial! I like that they offer the products right there so if you fall in love with something, you can buy if before you leave and no have to try and find where to buy it.
Goodness knows I could use the immune support, specially this time of year. I wouldn’t have considered a Modern Salon to help with that so thank you for enlightening us!
