Happy Fri-YAY!! Pretty much a happy day for most… but some days it’s just not the case.
Know that feeling when your day is done…and you’re a tad tired…and (maybe) a little cranky? I have the perfect tool to add to the end of your day. It involves colorful markers, no wrong answers and an instant mood lifter. You interested?
Cue the Instant Happy Journal.
Between you and me, I totally get into these types of journals. A journal that has dozens and dozens (actually there are 365 in total) of prompts to help you re-center yourself… be grateful for what you have… and think mindfully about where you are in your life.
LoOOooOOove to just randomly open up a page and jot down some thoughts. Using some fun colored pens (Hello pink, purple, & turquoise…) and drawing some cute doodles and ideas for a prompt is just what I need to close out a day. Simple – but does the trick.
And the journal is small enough (but not too teeny tiny) that I can toss it into my bag and bring it with me wherever I go. For whenever I want to have a me moment. Even at Starbucks while waiting in line for a pumpkin spice latte.
And how fabulous is that? We all aspire to take those moments in a day to reflect… and this journal helps us do that! Take a moment and see if this might be something YOU want to add into your daily routine. At under $10… that is a no-brainer purchase! Buy it here.
I received this book from the Blogging for Books program in exchange for this review but all opinions are my own.
I have a sick obsession with journaling. I think that’s probably why I enjoy blogging so much. This instant happy journal looks like a fun way to just alleviate stress at the end of a long day. Definitely going to check it out.
You will love it – its so adorable and the prompts are great. 🙂

This is so great. I think everyone should have some sort of “happy” journal. I have a little booklet where I’m (supposed to) write a thought a day, but I’m not very good with keeping up with it. You have inspired me to jump back on the wagon. Great post!
