Have you heard? Emerald green is THE color of 2013. Pantone is the authority on colors for fashion. Basically they study colors for the fashion, beauty and many other industries to guide or dictate trends.
How do they do it? Well, basically they pick the top color based on both how it’s already used and an upcoming prediction of continued popularity.
Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of Pantone’s research, stated that “It’s a color of growth, renewal, healing, unity and regeneration — words we’re all so in need of at this point of history.”
