I need to start taking better care of myself. I workout a lot, but I need to make better eating choices.
I learned something new again about the PPO. Always learned and renewing. We continue to learn things that help us make good decisions for my family. Thank you!
I loveeee the links that you added at the bottom. I want that bando yoga mat I think it’s so cute! I really like your post because I recently just changed my health care & my workout system and I think that I followed a lot of the steps that you had posted about! Great post xx felinebykatsaris.com

My health is really important to me, so I workout every single day and try to eat as healthy as possible. This post has a great message and I love all the shopping finds 🙂
I need to be better at taking care of myself. It’s all about self love and respect.
I am really grateful that we have good healthcare now. We used to have TERRIBLE healthcare and it cost us so much money.
I use to handle HSA back in the day when I was working in a bank. It was a delight to inform customers what Health Savings Account can do for them. I know for a fact I need to follow my own financial advice from back in the day to get me started in the right path of savings.
I love workout clothes anytime. Healthcare seems to be in a constant state of change and it’s so important to stay on top of it and educate yourself.
Healthy is definitely an outfit that looks good on everybody!
Thank you for sharing this very useful information on health, I found out a lot of new things for myself. I also loved the quiz.

That yoga mat looks amazing! Will definitely have to look into it!
Wow. You brought up some really good points. I really never thought about how expensive healthcare could be. It cost us thousands just to have a baby — can you imagine how much it would be if one of us got sick?
I’m going to take your advice on starting a savings account just for healthcare purposes. You just never know when you — or someone you know — might need the help.
I really think that if you’re going to start a healthy lifestyle that a few changes are always in the works. My hardest thing would probably getting rid of my cookies.
I have to say I am impressed with the amount of healthy incentives insurance companies are offering these days. I wish those same incentives existed for lower income families too.
I love this post! Love how you bring your readers to see how important it is our health and start with our own lifestyle. The problem is, sometimes I can’t get rid of sweets cookies and other treats.
I totally missed the boat on getting an FSA card. I had a bad experience with them one time prior where they cancelled my card and failed to notify me or resend me a card immediately. It has been years and I haven’t had one since then. Now that I have kids though I am thinking I will be giving this a chance again.
I love that health plans pay for preventative care. It’s better for everyone, and often ends up costing way less in the long run!
I am so glad I am Canadian! We don’t really have to worry to terribly much about healthcare.
I think an HSA Is a great idea. My rooommate has that and shared how helpful it was for him and so I’m planning to start one too. Also, I love everything you included from the Ban.Do shop! Super cute workout clothes are such a motivator.
I did well on the quiz! Yay!
I’m a big fan of preventative care. I make sure to take advantage of all the “free” appointments I can get! Nothing makes me more mad than paying for the doctor.
My downfall is always tortilla chips. I can’t put them down. I like that you’ve given an overview of options – HSAs are such a great way to save money on health care!
I try to limit my junk food and workout, otherwise I feel horrible. Healthy options are awesome!

Awesome information here! I used to have a health savings account, but then after I stopped working and now am on my husband’s insurance, I’m not sure we qualify. I am going to have to look into that though, I forgot about it!

Love this! Just started a 30 day yoga challenge and feel amazing!
I don’t ever work out, ( I would love to though) but I just can’t get myself in the routine of things. One thing I could change with my eating habits is chocolate. Chocolate is my guilty pleasure and I am always eating it.

Thank you! We have the same sort of plan where we can have a health savings account through our insurance. Another way to save!

Healthcare can be so confusing sometimes. I have found that they make it very difficult to find affordable health care for someone who does not go to the doctor often unfortunatley. They claim it’s affordable, but in reality, I can’t afford $300 s month to only go to the doctors once or twice a year.
