Come Clean

Admittedly a fanatic over skincare and makeup, I also will tell you that I only share what I love. So, listen up.

Dino Palmieri Salon & Spa had an event – the “Come Clean” event.  Three different stations to show you 3 skincare lines who you should get to know well if you love your skin.  And want to look radiant.  And glowing. And amazing.

• DARPHIN skincare

• Jane Iredale cosmetics

• Clarisonic

Each station: pampered you with products.  What does YOUR skin need? – you were treated to the royal treatment at the spa at Dino Palmieri at LaPlace in Cleveland.

Here is the Long-Story-Short:

DARPHIN

Darphin: products that they use at-the-spa.  Selling words for me.  Spa worthy skincare.  Also, this line has been around for over 50 years.  LOVE their customized products.  And they smell amazing.

My Darphin faves: Essential Oil Elixir (why are oils so fantastic?), Clear White Brightening and the Smoothing retexturizing radiance cream.  Oh, and I also am testing out the lifting serum and love it.

JANE IREDALE

Jane Iredale : ALSO what they use at spas and salons.  That’s why you won’t find it at Sephora.  Earned the “Skin Cancer Foundation’s Seal of Recommendation.”  To get this seal, you must show scientific data how the products safely aid in the prevention of sun-induced damage.  Major.

Her mineral makeup products are swoon-worthy; anti-inflammatory, natural, sun protection and more…

My Jane Iredale faves:  Tantasia (self-tanner – its color is so right on sun-kissed natural! Hooked.) and the LipDrink (think amazing chapstick times 100!)

And LOVE this part:  Inside the box of each product there’s a QR code you scan with your Smartphone to show you a tutorial on HOW to use that product!  Fabulous fun.

CLARISONIC

Clarisonic : known for their revolutionary skincare brushes.  I’ve used it for over a year … obsessed with the results.  Now I’m excited about the Clarisonic Opal.  The Opal’s main mission in life is to get your eye creams/serums better infused into your skin.  So…. you get younger looking eyes.  Faster.

Many friends rave about the Opal.  I haven’t taken the plunge. Until today.  Can’t wait to see the results.  Really – This 24 hour charging period for the device is KILLING me.  Want to use it NOW!

Need amazing brows?  

Yes, you do.  Jessica at Dino Palmieri Salon & Spa at LaPlace is genius.   Took about 5 minutes… and BEST brows ever.  WITH an arch.  She is my newest bestie.  (#obvi)

Don’t stop with just brows.
