5 STEPS TO STYLE A COFFEE TABLE
By the way – within any of these 5 tips below, try to include a tray. Effortlessly organizes your items.
Flowers – fresh or fake… add that oomph of freshness to the look. Can’t afford fresh flowers every-single-day #RealitiesOfLife? Use amaze alternatives. Gorgeous fake floral arrangement to do the trick!
Use interesting items from a local flea market or vacation or an antique item from a great uncle.  Adds a perfect balance of mystique to the coffee table. Something for friends to ask, “what is thaaaat?” to get the conversation flowing. Confession: sometimes I have no clue what the item is… and that’s ok. Makes it more fascinating!
Beautiful books give a sneak peek into your style/personality/interests and add dimension to the table. Maybe they are classics, or fashion or a new read. Whatever you choose, stick to only 3-4 (depending on their size) and stack them largest (on bottom) to smallest on top. Mix colorful covers or same hues to catch the eye!
Candles = no-brainer. Easy chic. Adds amazing light and scents to that space. No better way to wind down than to light the candle(s) and let that glow enhance the vibe.
It’s not you – it’s me. What grounds you? A framed picture? A large seashell you discovered on vacation? What about some treasure you found in your grandparent’s attic? Choose something that makes YOU feel fab on the inside. I just chose a beautiful vintage glass perfume bottle from my grandmother.
