Cleveland. #ThisIsCLE. Lebron. True hometown pride. And just merely mention the Cavs championship to anyone … who has any CLE love … and just see how that pride peaks! Cavaliers Championship Parade. Were you there? Survive the hours on the RTA? Spend hours on the Shoreway? Arrive at 5am to get a spot before the rest … but then realize that 5am might be too late to get a choice spot because Cleveland fans are THE most dedicated fans in the land and at 5am are already surrounded in crowds of chaos (and celebration?) Or… Did you watch it on TV?
Either way – this was a major day for Cleveland. And on the day of the parade, a Cleveland photographer woke up with an idea that has since changed her life. Emily Roggenburk wanted to get THE most ahhhhmazing shots of the parade (and obvi all of the 1.3 million people who were there), but had to think quickly about getting that one-of-a-kind vantage point.
Insert that a-ha idea! How about taking photos from above? Hello, helicopter rental! #Genius! Emily also happened to bring along a local CLE celeb, Dustin Fox, who is an Ohio State University football star and former NFL player into the helicopter. Soon these #Witnesses photos HERE went viral from Fox’s social media accounts. Again – CLE love in effect!

My husband loves the cavaliers! He never can wait for the games to come on and for the season to start. He’s never lived there but it’s still his team.

The picture compliments your decor perfectly. And it’s such a great shot of the city.
I just visited Cleveland for the first time. I really enjoyed my time visiting family in Ohio. A cousin even gave us (Warrior fans) a Cavalier Championship Tshirt. 🙂
