What did I “tweak” a tad?

• Although it says you don’t need a blender… I think the shakes taste much better when fully blended.  I just used a hand blender and it was perfection.

• I waited a day-ish to start the cleanse after I received it… but you reeeeeeeally should start the day RIGHT after it arrives in the mail since one item requires refrigeration.  Note to self for my next Aster Elliott cleanse!
