1. Work it, Girl. Just 7 minutes a day can boost your happiness factor. You don’t need to sign up for cross training or P90X or anything extreme, unless you want to take on that fitness challenge. Just walk for 7 minutes. Check the difference you will feel. Science shows that you don’t even need to lose weight… but that 7 minutes will greatly improve your mood. Try it.
2. Get in those zzzzzzzz’s! Sleep is crucial to a happy disposition. If you have a cute kitty to include in this activity, I would highly recommend.
3. Friends and Fam! Time to make time for friends and family. Laughter is the best medicine.
4. Smell the roses! Take 20 minutes outside each and every day – unless the weather is crazy miserable and icky. Breathing in that fresh, fabulous air… looking at nature… just being outside will make a difference.
5. Thanks a LOT! Give thanks each day to something that you are grateful for. I have a daily gratitude spot in my Day Designer journal that I complete daily about what I am thankful for. Doesn’t matter what…. its just time to reflect on the positives.
Talk Time… What do you do to boost your happiness level? Pretty please…. tell me in the comments!
To boost my mood or happiness I workout or listen to music…or a combo of both haha. Watching a fun TV show or reading a book sometimes also helps and it’s relaxing.
How did I miss this post?! Love this!! I need to do better with the ‘getting my zzzz’s’. I definitely fail in that department! But, I agree with all of this and if the weather ever gets nice, I definitely want to try to eat lunch outside or something to get in more outside time. Feeling very inspired right now!

All good things… 🙂
Sheesh. A nap is all I need. Easier said than done with two tots under two!
haha – that’s so great! Sweet dreams…
Shopping when I can really boosts my mood! Especially if I get a good sale like tonight!
shopping…. yes!!! 🙂
These are all great. You don’t know the true value of them until you actually begin to do it daily and be consistent with it.
Merci for all of the great tips! If I could only take a long nap like I did back in college! 🙂

Yay to being inspired! Definitely get those zzzzzz’s…. that is something I am trying to focus on too! 🙂
I read magazines or books and my number one thing that makes me happy is shopping lol
